[imp] horde in RH 7.0

Just download and install the ones on horde.org and then use up2date to get the latest for
RedHat.  Though, personally, I am still having trouble with the PHPLIB configuration and
can't figure out why.  If anyone has installed IMP and Horde on RH7 and has some ideas, let
me know.
