[imp] port to phpGroupWare

I only jump in to bring something else related up.  I have just started working 
with a ticket and workorder tracking system called DCL 
(http://dcl.sourceforge.net).  Mike Dean, the author, has mentioned that he is 
working on porting that application to phpGroupWare also.  Reason I bring it up 
is, I know the Horde developers have some aspirations for various 
up-and-coming Horde modules to achieve some of the same functionality as DCL 
(and maybe some of what phpGroupWare does--I've never used it, but I'm on my way 
to check it out).  It would be great to see some combined efforts to produce a 
final product--combined packages or not--instead of several different groups 
working on different applications that effectively do the same thing.

I bring it up since you've jumped in looking to work with the Horde/IMP 
community on possibly some collaborated efforts.  Thoughts, anyone?
