[imp] binding keys to HTML form buttons

It is too bad that we couldn't have imp know what type of browser you
are using, and then do the keybindings accordingly.  I was going to
bring up the idea of keybindings for things like delete and whatnot,
but now that I have seen this email, it will go onto my list of
"things imp won't get me" and keep wondering about it.

Actually, I am using imp to read my email, using lynx-ssl, and when I
go to edit an email, lynx will use gnuclient -nw for my editor.  I can
finally use imp to compose replies to emails without wanting to slit
my wrists!
