Sounds like a bug in IE 5.5 that's been discovered recently - it has trouble 
with content-disposition: attachment headers for some strange reason. Try using 
a different browser, or editing view.php3 and changing the SAVE_MESSAGE case to 
send disposition: inline instead of attachment. 2.2.4 will have a workaround 
for this (we detect ie 5.5 and break things so ie doesn't get quite so 
confused).
