Can't get past the login screen

In an effort to put use in the past two weeks I have installed IMP 2.3.6 and
horde 1.3.3

I was unable to get Imp 2.2.4 to work.

Everything was working great until I get to the login screen. I can't log
into anything. Local hosts, non local hosts. Doesn't matter. Login failed
for some reason: Most likely your username or password was entered
incorrectly.

Without further debugging, the only thing I get log wise is as follows:

The horde/test.php works great. I get sessions and all.


It does not appear that any auth is taking place on the server as their is
no logging of a connection attempt/fail.

I am running PHP 4.0.5-dev, Apache/1.3.14 (Unix) FrontPage/4.0.4.3
Redhat 6
Have all the pre reqs installed ( I think) and upgraded those as needed.


Any help would be greatly appreciated!
