Installing PHP questions are offtopic

We're getting a lot of questions on this list related to configuring,
building and installing PHP.  I think it's worth mentioning again that
those are really offtopic for this list.  I realize that PHP is a hurdle
to getting Horde/IMP installed, and I don't mind much personally, but many
people subscribed to the Horde lists are not interested in seeing all the
PHP traffic.

So, please remember to use the PHP lists first when having trouble getting
PHP up and going.  Once a simple "<?php phpinfo(); ?>" script is working
and shows IMAP, MySQL, etc. then come back here and ask your Horde/IMP
questions.  :-)  Thanks all.
