[imp] defaults.php3

Well, Iīve arrived at the point of probing my IMP installation (after
configuring the defaults.php3 file in the directory
apache/htdocs/horde/imp/config) and i get the next message when I point my
browser to localhost/horde/imp/):

Error: IMP is not configured
You need to create the ./config/defaults.php3 file using the
./config/defaults.php3.dist file as a guide, or from scratch using the
documentation.

Which could be the problem? Th Document Root of the Apache web server is the
default one (apache/htdocs), īso I donīt know why it does not detect the
config file
