unofficial horde/imp DEB packages for Debian Linux available

Hello,

For those who can't wait until potato or woody catch up with this, I created
Debian .deb packages for horde 1.2.4 and imp 2.2.4. 

They are simply the tarballs plus the debian configuration directories copied
from the debian official source packages of the previous version
