[imp] Win32 and imp2.3.7-cvs

Hey Chuck,
  It happens regularly when trying to log in to imp. I'm not sure what you mean 
but the same time but always when trying to retrieve my INBOX. I'm running 
windows NT sp6. Also, it happens both with/without ZEND installed if that makes 
any difference.
