I came across a little program called FaxMail 
(http://wol.ra.phy.cam.ac.uk/FaxMail/) while working on my server, it needs 
tcl/tk and ImageMajick and uses TPC remote printing service 
(http://www-usa.tpc.int/tpc_home.html).  Redhat has an RPM for it, and it seems 
like it might be something that would be *relatively* easy to incorporate into 
IMP.
