On second glance, this looks suspicious too.  The normal DocumentRoot for
Red Hat 6.x is /home/httpd/html -- the horde and horde/imp tree has to be
under the DocumentRoot or things won't work.  Are you sure this shouldn't
be

	/home/httpd/html/horde/test.php3

?  It's OK for PHPLIB to be in /home/httpd/php (i.e., outside the
DocumentRoot), but the rest has to be under DocumentRoot.
