Please, if you have to make snide remarks about open source software, do it 
elsewhere. You're pissing off the people who do work that you benefit from 
without expecting you to recompensate them personally for it. The least you can 
do is either take what you've paid for in support - which is nothing - or pay 
them back by helping out in some manner.
