duplicating the inbox

hi!
  everytime i click the INBOX or refresh icon of IMP, imp is doubles the
content of my inbox. eg.
inbox contents : 1 email  
   after refresh, another copy of that email will be appended to my inbox.

im using the vpop3d  of  redhat6.2.
