[imp] bug || qmail config?

I had not installed any of the PEAR components at all, but after running:
	>make install-su
from the php4 source dir, the problem has been fixed.

PS. Is there a list of dependencies IMP has with PEAR.

Okay. I'm guessing you've also got a devel snapshot of php 4.0.5-cvs, but
not 
the latest. If so, grab the latest PEAR, and things will be fixed.
