spell check problem

PHP 4.0.4pl1, latest stable version of IMP and Horde...
...using ispell-3.1.20...
Any ideas?

No Spelling Errors.

This is really a great product and I've been recommending to all my friends (as well as an ISP I used to work for).  As soon as I get the spell check working, I'll be moving on to configuring SSL...  weeeeeee...
