Ability to change sent timezone

Hi,

I was wondering if this might have been done already.

We have users located all over the world, and the sent time of each email
sent is always set to the time zone of the server. I was wondering if
someone might have made changes to allow users to change their timezone in
preferences. If not, I think this would be a great addition to imp :) And if
no one has done it, I might be able to hack it together.
