bounce mail error

Hi there,

We here at the TU-Graz are using IMP-2.2.4 and it was doing a good job 
until we upgraded our IMAP-server from cyrus-1.5.19 to cyrus-2.0.12. After 
that we had the same problem described by Stephen Fischer see:

This IMP-issue let us run into serious troubles. Because of a single e-mail 
bounced by an IMP user we had over 50k of undeliverable error messages in 
our mailqueues over night, this led to a full disk and mails were delivered 
with a delay of over 10 hours.

BTW: The workaround suggeted by Stephen works.

Please correct this error.
