IMP 2.3 login procedure

What is the "proper" way to login to IMP 2.3?
If I login to horde first, it just says "welcome, (username)".  And then
when I click on the IMP icon, it makes me login to IMP again... is that
correct, or is there an easy way to make IMP use the horde login that was
already done?

Or, here's the other way I do it:  If I login directly to IMP (without
logging into horde first), it works fine, but then when I go to contacts,
I'm made to login again... can turba be configured to use the IMP login
information?

Basically, I am only planning on using IMP and Turba, and I'd like to have a
single login for the user....
