-HEAD version of IMP/Horde

[The Hermit Hacker]

Just trying to get it configured, and hit a 'bug' ... I put horde at the
top of the tree, so my 'root' is just '' ... no probs there.  But, when I
try to load it, its fails to load:

http://css.php

instead of:

http://webmail2.acadiau.ca/css.php

its cutting off the web url part of it ...

still looking around the code, but if someone already hit this and knows
what is wrong, please let me know ...
