Okay.. Thank you for your help. I found the problem.

It seems, it had a problem with phplib I was using. Funny part is, I have
installed it in two different machine and both were having the same issue.
I have replaced with a new phplib and it fixed the problem. By the way, I
did use the phplib that came with horde 1.2.0 but I guess it had some
problem in it or I have corrupted it.

I will upgrade to 1.2.4/2.2.4 as it is better for all of us.
