The prerequisites are there, but not the horde and imp rpms.
 
Do I understand you to mean that

horde-1.2.4-1rh7
horde-mysql-1.2.4-1rh7 (and pgsql and shm)
imp-2.2.4-1rh7

are only available in "noarch" form?  If so, the reference in the 
README should be corrected.   Thanks for your help!
