[imp] Unofficial patches for importing addresses to 2.2.4.

IMP 2.2.4 and yes I added the show_statusbar line, it had an error without
it. I then still had to add the braces before it worked.
Maybe it's my version of PHP? Hmm... test.php3 is failing now, oh great. Imp
is working fine though. I am running PHP 4.x.
