I stumbled on an caching IMAP proxy a few weeks ago. I don't remember
its name, but if you hunt around in the archives (for the IMP and
developerment lists), you'll probably find it.

Whatever solution there might be, it most likely won't be IMP
specific.

Move to a faster IMAP server (Cyrus and Courier come to mind).

I can't reproduce this on my 2.2 install. Can you join us on the
imp@lists.horde.org list, and give more information about where exactly this
error occurs and how to reproduce it?

Hello! This question is off-topic for the IMP list. For help compiling MCAL,
please use the libmcal-users list: http://sourceforge.net/mail/?group_id=482

If you're using IE, you might have to set style sheets to uncached and/or clear
your browser cache; IE is finicky about holding on to cached style sheet
settings.

Okay - if you want to trust the session, you can skip the IMP::authenticate()
and save yourself a bunch of IMAP traffic. It should certainly be enough,
though.
