Is anyone having the same problems?

I am still having the same error when trying to update any preference:

I know that people are installing this thing every day so let me know
how the problem was remedied.We really want to roll this service out to
our customers soon. We are using the following:

FreeBSD 4.2-RELEASE
Apache 1.3.14
Horde 1.2.4
IMP 2.2.4
MySQL 3.23.26-beta
