Need Help on Installtion : HordeSession

I've got a setup problem with Horde and IMP. If I start imp there comes just
a fatal error message up:
Fatal error: Call to unsupported or undefined function page_open() in
horde/imp/index.php3 on line 15

line 15 in index.php3:
 page_open(array('sess' => 'HordeSession'));

or if start out horde interface what calls up mailbox.php4 is the same
failure at line 104
