Reloading preferences

Hello fellows

    I installed 2.3.7-cvs and found some "bugs" (?). In the "Options"
feature when you
    type anything in more than two fields and "Save Options" the code only
save at my
    MySQL database the first field changed and lost the rest.
    The code doesn't refresh the preferences "on the fly" so I need to
logout and login
    to see the changes.
    This is a bug or a "To do" ???
