Attachment winmail.dat ?? and various install problems

Hi all,

I have IMP 2.2.4 from tarball, when I send an attachment from Outlook2000 to
IMP the attachment disapears and all I get in IMP is some other attachment
called winmail.dat ??
>From Outlook express the problem doesn't seem to exist.
Any ideas what would cause this ?

Also when installing IMP 2.2.4 I had the following problems:
had to copy mysql_create.sql horde/config/scripts as it was missing.
My login screen "question mark" images didn't appear, I had to modify
horde/config/horde.php3

Other than that everything worked ok.
I had much less problems installing 2.2.3 though.
IMP is still the best though. ;-)
