Moving IMP's MySQL d/b from old to new system

Using
 horde-1.2.3
 imp-2.2.3
 MySQL from php-mysql-3.0.17-1.6.2horde1.i386.rpm

Sorry if this is more of a SQL issue, but I want to move from one 
RedHat 6.2 box with IMP to another new RedHat 7.0 box with a fresh IMP 
installed (E-smith distr. to be exact).  What are the necessary files 
that need to be copied from the old system, just so I can keep all my 
old saved emails?  Do I need to supply more info?  Any other system 
tweaks than just copying files over?  Let me know if this how-to is 
already documented somewhere.
