Upgrade Question

We are using imp 2.0.11 and would like to upgrade but want to make sure this
is going to be a simple and painless process. I have tried to find some
documentation on doing this but have not been able to so far. We run on
Redhat 6.2. Would really like to move up to the newer version of IMP but
have a lot of customers that depend on this and don't want to have them down
for any long period of time. Any help would be great. Thanks, Keith
