Problem with IMP

Good afternoon,

I have server IMP WebMail version 2,0,11 installed in my Web server =
functioning normally. Some days the IMP is refusing all the connections =
saying that the user was logged out of the server. I would like to know =
the reason and what I must make to correct this problem.=20
