Odp: Odp: [imp] imp 2.3 preferences, charset and fonts

I downloaded by cvs /horde/scripts/db/prefs.sql and mysql_create.sql
I set up a databases and tables but when I saved preferences still nothing
happend.
I connect to mysql and check horde_prefs tabel. The table is empty.
I check my conf.php and it looks fine.

Is there something else I should configure?
