cyrus + pam_mysql + imp = folder creation problem

hi.
i've installed IMP using Cyrus Server, with PAM for authenticating users. I
use the pam_mysql module, which means "virtual" users.
Users can receive, send and delete mail, but they can't create folders. i
checked the faq, and i think the settings in config/defaults.php3 are ok.
does anybody run into this with a similar setup?
thank you all.

Not currently. Btw, please check the archives (including the dev list archives
for development versions); this is a known issue and has been discussed. We'll
figure something out.

Dear Chuck,
We use IMP. End users request for an "end-user" level manual. I wonder
if
any of your team and/or volunteers would like to do this at a cost. I
don't
have a scope though, but either a project based or time based charge
will
be fine. You could quote too. It should be in Microsoft Word format and
delivered via email. We pay via wired transfer in your currency.
Though not as interesting as a developer job, but if anyone's
interested,
please let me know.
Thks,

What kind of errors do you get? What are your config settings? What do the
Cyrus logs say?

What are your config settings? Sounds like you should have the server's folders
parameter set to ''.
> Are there any plans to implement folder-acls?
No current plans, no. I don't know of a way we can do it through c-client (and
thus through php), which makes it a bit hairy.

I'm very curious what you're doing in this respect, too. Care to share on the

Mail filters are just saved in a preference. Are you sure your config/prefs.php
is up to date?
