[imp] Bounce still doesn't work

Actually, I continued on testing the bounce, and it works if it's plain
text email.
If it's a html/text email, it doesn't get sent, but displays the compose
window when you hit Bounce Message button.
Same thing happens if it's a text email with an attachment.

It's nothing to do with the client; the list strips attachments of most types.
I'll take a look later on tonight/tomorrow.
