imp.lib problems

Hi everyone, 
i am having a couple of problems with my server,

when i go to horde/imp login page i get:

Warning: Constant no_action already defined in
/home/web/horde/imp/lib/imp.lib on line 23

Warning: Constant send_message already defined in
/home/web/horde/imp/lib/imp.lib on line 42

Warning: Constant mailto already defined in
/home/web/horde/imp/lib/imp.lib on line 52

but i havent touched my imp.lib file, and it was working ok earlier this
morning, the only thing i did was re-install php, any ideas anyone?
