[imp] Blocking addresses

    Ya, I can do it outside of IMP, through my MTA, however with several
dozen users, across several domains, I can't imagine having to do that for
each and every person wanting to block someone, and they certainly can't
expect tech support to be blocking emails for them.  I can't recommend using
procmail for this because they don't have shell access to the server either,
only IMP through the web.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?
