trying to attach a file

When i try to attach a message with the mail i get this error. This size
allowed in the php.ini is 2MB.

/var/www/html/horde/imp/compose.php3 on line 921
What might be the reason?

Sounds like you need to update your horde/config/registry.php from the .dist.
