[imp] trying to attach a file

    Do not forget to give write permission to  upload_tmp_dir you have
difined in php.ini. In my case  upload_tmp_dir=/tmp/horde and I run chmod
777 /tmp/horde and chmod t /tmp/horde, then everything starts to work with
atachements.
