[imp] Problem logging in with IMAP

I got it all working now. It was definitely some problem with courier, not
IMP's or vmailmgr.

vmailmgr does not auth non-virtual users indeed. The authvmailmgr module for
courier drops authentication for non-virtual and passes it to courier's
modules (in my case, it drops to authpam).
