Horde/Imp (1.2.5/2.2.5) not using same language ..?

OK... new question regarding Horde/Imp 1.2.5/2.2.5

I have set my virtualhost to point directly to my impdir and made a symlink 
like this:

ln -s .. horde

which points to the hordedir, it works fine except for the language. I have set 
default language to danish, and IMP is "speaking" danish, but horde is not. 
i.e. the problem-page is in english.. any ideas of why..??
