[imp] Horde and IMP CVS Install

Yes, at the moment, there is no setup.php. You have to do by hand.

Ofcourse, you don't have imp and horde installed under /var/www/, so check alll 
the files in horde/config/ and /horde/imp/config, and /horde/turba/config/.

If you want to know where is this problem:

$ cd $HORDEDIR
$ cd config
$ grep "/var/www" * 

> Do I need to add a prepend.php in one of the config files as in the stable
