[imp] Problems logging into IMP 2.3.7-cvs (got it!)

yah!  its working.. well... :)  sorta.  still have to figure out turba and
why i can't Compose or Attach.  i'll read the docs and the mail archives.

i did what you suggested and removed the references to connection tracking
in conf.php and changed to using a non-root user as my horde db user.  the
/tmp/log had:  May 18 10:51:56 IMP [info] FAILED LOGIN 172.16.X.X to
localhost:143[imap] as john

which was wrong... my imap server is not on localhost but another machine.
i suspected this was wrong since i didn't see any login attempts on my IMAP
server.  could have been the changes to conf.php, but now its connecting to
the correct server.

thanks again... i'm off to play... the new interface looks pretty slick so
far.
