IMP Functions but no messages displayed

IMP 2.2.3 + Horde 1.2.3 (inclu phplib)
Apache Server version: Apache/1.3.14 (Unix)
mySQL DB for details
Talking to cyrus >IMAP4 v1.5.19

We can login and see all the folders for an account.
Number of New messages reports
DB accesses are OK as I can get my Contacts list and the signaure file
is saved and retireved without error
I can send OK as well
All test.php3 functions work OK as well

Everything seems available but I am unable to see any messages in the
folder selected.
