2.3.7 Installation

Howdy

Battling to get 2.3.x to run.

Have the CVS versions of Horde and IMP in /var/cvs. Added an 
Apache alias to the IMP cvs directory.

I seem to have been able to point IMP to Horde at ../horde - but it 
gives me:

Some of IMP's configuration files are missing: 
horde.php This is the main IMP configuration file. It contains paths 
and options for the IMP scripts. 

Internet Messaging Program (IMP) 2.3.7-cvs 

Any ideas?
