But can Pegasus create IMAP folders? I'd guess not; when I've seen that error
message before, it was because the IMAP server was broken and no IMAP clients
could do it. You don't necessarily need to move to maildir (though if you do,
you'll need a new IMAP server), but you need to fix imapd.
