[imp] Can not send mail to some accounts

Hello,

have you tried other MUA's other than IMP?
in the IMP server try:
ps | mail -s test me@domain.with.problems

you should receive the "ps" list in me@domain.with.problems

if you don't, then it's not IMP's problem... maybe you got RBL'ed or 
blacklisted? Check the mail logs...
