2.3 is quite stable at this point; it's also going to have these issues worked 
out, while 2.2 won't if they don't already work. I'd love to have someone 
working with me with an actual test base for a Japanese or other eastern 
translation, to get things set up correctly - if you can get 2.3 up and see 
what the state of it is, we can get to work on resolving what doesn't work.
