[imp] IMAP and POP Server Messages

Nothing.  The access log nor the ssl log show a hit to the web server.  I'm 
not sure where to start to debug, if it's a problem with IMP or the setup 
of Apache and SSL.

I'd look at SSL first.

Ok , this problem come from locales (Glibc 2.3)...
When upgrading to woody/testing on debian, you should edit 
your "/etc/locale.gen":
Uncomment the line to generate your locales (for me fr_FR):
fr_FR ISO-8859-1

and run: /usr/sbin/locale-gen

Non, your ares ready to use gettext:
export LANG=fr_FR;
gettext imp "Folder"
Dossier

Gettext is working now...
