IMP Attachment error on 'Attach'

Hi,

Using IMP 2.2.5, Horde 1.2.5(SECURITY), Apache 1.3.19, PHP 4.0.6 on Solaris 8, I
get a consistent error on attaching a file.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_uploaded_file() in    
/websites/casper/webmail/horde/imp/compose.php3 on line 911

Upload dir variable is set to /var/tmp in the php.ini.  The function 
'is_uploaded' doesn't appear to exist anywhere, hence the undefined function 
call.

Any thoughts?
