Healthy default installation layout ?

Hi 

It would be nice to have .htaccess files in default installation 
for horde/imp/other projects subdirectories with content : 
--
AuthUserFile /dev/null
AuthGroupFile /dev/null
AuthName Forbidden
AuthType Basic
Order Deny,allow
Deny from all
--

Many people don't remember to limit access to subdirectories of the php 
projects; i think its healthy default in such cases. 

Check for yourself ( examples ):
http[s]://your_webmail_address/horde/imp/config
http[s]://your_webmail_address/horde/phplib

Depending on your installation layouts and webserver configuration 
you may ( often ) or may not ( congratulations ) see interesting things.
