[imp] WAP, IMP, and POP3

Yeah, if you have the time and energy to do it, that would be really cool. I
imagine that there are a fair number of people on this list who would like
an easy to implement WAP and POP3 email solution. I'm going to go ahead and
through together just a basic couple of decks for checking our mail here for
testing purposes.

I think I'm going to need you to do some work on this, or provide more info; I 
can't seem to come up with any tests that munge anything in a way that seems to 
be meaningful.
